SqlSpec 6.9 (MS SQL 2012) download
SqlSpec 6.9 (MS SQL 2008) download
SqlSpec 6.9 (MS SQL 2005) download

Why are there three releases? One is compiled against SMO 2012, another against SMO 2008, and the third against SML 2005. If you have the 2005 client tools installed, you should choose the 2005 download. If you have the 2008 client tools, take the 2008 build. Otherwise choose the 2012 download.

The 2012 release can document any SQL Server 2000/2005/2008/2012 database.
The 2008 release can document any SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 database.
The 2005 release can document any SQL Server 2000/2005 database.

Regarding all other DBMS other than SQL Server, the downloads are identical. So if all you are interested in is Oracle, DB2, Sybase, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Informix, etc, choose the 2012 download.
