Hello SqlSpec experts,
i'm new to this nice piece of SW, just testing with the demo version.
Now i'm looking for any suggestions , how to keep a minimum of my comment formattings, (i.e. tabulators, several white spaces etc.) in the generated HTML-file. In HTML i could do it with:

<PRE>
text1 text2 text3
text4 text5 text6
</PRE>

Thank you for your tricks :-)

Hi DM

Pass /h 1 to the command line of SqlSpec i.e. SqlSpec /h 1

This wraps the text in "pre" tags. However, I don't like using "pre" tags as it forces the text to be fixed width non-wrappable. For discussion see http://www.elsasoft.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=238.

I am currently using the Preserve HTML option (on the GUI or
quote:
<PreserveTags>
in Config file) and explicitly marking up the text as HTML. This works very well but some gotchas see http://www.elsasoft.org/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=244

cheers

Thanks for helping out fellow users Bruce!

btw, the /h flag only works in the current beta. it does not work in v3.8, which is the current "official" release. I am planning to release the beta officially soon.
