If in SSAS cube has many dimensions (say 3 ) with one/more attribute with same name (say 'First1Char','First2Char','First3Char' ) used in User Hierarchies (Say 'First1Char'-->First2Char'-->'First3Char'--><Name>

(Eg - So if you have three dimensions say Customer, Store, Product containing Customer/Store/Product Names you can create an user hierarchy with first1Char/first2Char/first3Char/<Customer/Store/Product Names> in respective dimensions

This type of arrangement is to overcome excel limit to show members for large dimensions where you construct a user hierarchy with taking first char, first 2 char, first 3 char and then main string so that it gets organized in buckets and makes easy to search or filter for large attributes
Someone wanting to search a Customer Zongalloo will go to Z-->Zo-->Zon-->Zongalloo simply
instead excel showing 'Not all members shown' message

So in documentation of such cube - if you open 'Dimensions' folder and look at documentation of any of those dimension in 'Attribute' section under hierarchy column it will incorrectly show ALL the User hierarchy which have 'First1Char','First2Char','First3Char' in them belonging to all 3 dimensions

(So In our example if you open up Customer - you will see StoreName and ProductName user hierarchies appearing as dependent on First1Char of Customer)

One workaround could be to just name it differently but I am sure that will not save from valid cases where we might need same name of attributes in user hierarchies in multiple dimensions
